1. Service description
GitMorning is a SaaS platform operated by Zentered OÜ (Estonia, EU) that generates automated standup summaries from GitHub activity and delivers them to Slack. The service runs on Cloudflare's global edge network.
2. Account registration
To use GitMorning, you must create an account through our authentication provider (Auth0). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You must be at least 16 years of age to use the service.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or its systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service
- Use the service to transmit malicious code, spam, or harmful content
- Resell or redistribute the service without our written consent
4. Intellectual property
The GitMorning service, including its software, design, and documentation, is owned by Zentered OÜ and is protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your data, including the standup summaries generated from your GitHub activity.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for its intended purpose during the term of your subscription.
5. Payment terms
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. All prices are in USD. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
We offer a free 14-day trial with no credit card required. After the trial period, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the service.
6. Data and privacy
Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using GitMorning, you consent to the collection and processing of data as described in our Privacy Policy.
Key commitments: GitHub data is processed on-the-fly and never stored. Your data is never used for AI training. Only generated standup summaries are saved.
7. Service availability
GitMorning runs on Cloudflare's global edge network and we strive for high availability. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance of planned downtime.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zentered OÜ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service.
Our total liability for any claim arising from the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the dashboard or by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia and the European Union. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Estonia.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the "last updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
